Vocal Power, Freedom, and Ease: Support and the Core Muscles

Do you lose your voice? Get vocally tired? Desire more vocal power? Want to reach your audience better?

This workshop is an in-depth study of the technique for healthy vocal support. We’ll also use somatics to connect to intrinsic core muscles that give the body the support it needs for freedom and ease in movement. This allows the voice to be resonant, full, effortless, and efficient regardless of the physical activity.

The course offers deep physical awareness, how to balance effort & ease, build muscles for alignment, release external muscles that inhibit vocal power and breath, and more! The result: freedom and power in your voice and a new way to live in your body.
