“When patterns are broken new worlds are born.” ~Tuli Kupferberg

Does anxiety feel like it rules your life? Are you feeling stuck in a pattern of anxious thoughts or near paralyzing sadness? Numb? Like you’re watching the world move around you while you’re on the outside?

This series provides somatic and mindfulness based techniques to aid in shifting long held patterns of thought and behavior.

We’ll use voice and movement techniques that assist in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. They combine yoga-esque positions, breath, sound, and mindfulness techniques that are grounded in somatic gestalt psychotherapy. And we’ll learn techniques to build new ways of being in community, in relationship, and the world.

Voice means both the sound you hear and also identity. To say you have a voice is to say “I have a place in this world. I have permission to take up space.”

If you’re ready to reconnect to the fullness of you, and to be held in a safe container while doing so, sign up today or reach out for a consultation to see if the class is a good fit for you.

Each session is designed to supplement the work you are doing with your individual mental health practitioner. Appropriate for clinicians and clients.

Group size is kept very small. Register early to guarantee a spot.
