“Until you make the unconscious conscious it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” ~Carl Jung

Would you like to connect more deeply to your dreams? Find deeper meaning through the exploration of symbols? Learn to lucid dream? Develop a collaborative and objective relationship with your mind? Gain tools to reduce anxiety, depression, and work with past and present traumas?

This ongoing monthly series is an opportunity to use techniques developed by leaders in the field of psychology to unlock hidden potential in the subconscious mind.

Whether you are wanting to do shadow work (safe exploration of emotions and behaviors experienced as undesirable), deepen your experience of life, or strengthen tools to support your work in therapy, participation in this group provides a safe container to do the work.

Each month we will look at different themes. Those themes include:

Shadow Work

Lucid Dreaming

Use of Symbols

Awareness and Healthy Awareness of Projection

We’ll employ creative integration techniques including – Journaling, Drawing, Movement, Group Processing, Spoken Word and more.

For as long as humans have had dreams they’ve been fascinated by them. Psychology, shamanic, spiritual, and religious traditions, music, visual, and performance art, philosophies, have all been inspired and influenced by dreams. There is evidence that learning to lucid dream can help with the resolution of PTSD.

The mind is a powerful tool that we either sharpen and use or it begins to use us. Working with dreams are one way to sharpen the tool of the mind. Then we gain access to agency, creativity, clarity, and discernment.

The key is inside us. All we have to do is know where to look and how to use what we find.

Class size is kept very small. Register early to guarantee a spot.

Rate – $50 ($40 if registered before October 7th)
